This is a Rudraksha Mala prayer bead necklace with the auspicious number of 108, 54 rudraksha and 54 turquoise beads, 6-7 mm. There is a large rudraksha bead as the focal point with a brass and enameled cap on either side. The necklace can be wrapped around the wrist as a bracelet and can also be worn doubled or long.
Rudrakshas are known as the "Eyes of Shiva". These seeds are said to be formed from Shiva's tears. They are worn in honor of the great meditators.
Turquoise is the stone of wholeness. It is balancing and induces a sense of serenity and peace. It can help restore depleted vitality and lift sagging spirits. This stone has the capacity to heal the emotional body, relieve stress, and bring the focal point of awareness to its proper center of the heart.
