Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling 

 

USA — Ground shipping via UPS or best alternative (usually FedEx or USPS) where UPS is unavailable. Shipping is complimentary for orders of $100 or more, and $5 for orders under $100.

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship. Should any unforeseen delays occur, we will contact you with an updated timeline. 

EXPEDITED USA SHIPPING via UPS: 

— 3 Business Days: $20
— 2 Business Days: $36
— Next business day: $50

Please note expedited orders need to be placed by 3 PM CST Monday-Friday to allow for same day processing time. Our selected carrier does not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery, nor does expedited delivery include weekends.  Kindred Spirits cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package leaves our facility.

Please note: Orders shipped to PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 


HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO:

$30 via UPS Ground

 

We do not currently ship international orders. 

 

Shipping notifications: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier tracking. Kindred Spirits is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses or zip codes. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. 

Stolen packages: 

Kindred Spirits is not liable for stolen packages. Once the package is delivered to the requested address, we are no longer liable for the package. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please open a claim with the carrier. Have your tracking information available.

Lost Packages:

Kindred Spirits is not liable for lost packages.If your order has not been marked as delivered and there have been no tracking updates for 5 or more business days, we are able to initiate a lost package claim on your behalf with the selected courier.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. We will contact the courier (typically UPS or USPS) and file a missing shipment claim using all available order and tracking details.

  2. The resolution process may take up to 8 business days from the date the claim is filed.

  3. Once the courier has concluded the investigation, Kindred Spirits will proceed accordingly:

    • If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund.

    • If the package is recovered, it will be routed to you for delivery.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds or send replacements until the courier has completed the investigation and confirmed the final status of the claim.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. While we’re happy to assist in these cases, claims for packages marked as delivered may fall outside the scope of what can be resolved by the courier.
