Online Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-price items in new, unworn/unused condition within 7 days of items arrival. Items must have original tags attached or be in their original, unopened packaging. We’re unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear or use. Please email us at info@kindredspiritsatx.com to being the return process.

• Apothecary and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return.
  

• All items that are marked down are considered FINAL sale.

In-Store Purchases

Jewelry and sale items are FINAL sale. We gladly accept returns on full-priced merchandise for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged- with all tags attached. Items that show any sign of wear can not be returned.
