Online Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-price items in new, unworn/unused condition. Items must have original tags attached or be in their original, unopened packaging. We’re unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear or use. Please email us at info@kindredspiritsatx.com or click here to begin the return process. We will deduct $10 from the amount of the return for shipping and handling. Return requests must be submitted with 7 days from your order being marked as delivered.

• Apothecary and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return.
  

• All items that are marked down are considered FINAL sale.

In-Store Purchases

Jewelry, apothecary and sale items are FINAL sale. We gladly accept returns on all other full-priced merchandise for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged- with all tags attached. Items that show any sign of wear can not be returned.
