This Mala necklace has the auspicious number of 108, Tibetan Turquoise, 6mm beads on a silk cord. Each bead is hand knotted in between. The vintage silver Navajo snake amulet is 2 inches X 1 inch, from the 60's. There is a small silver Navajo bead as a breaker in the middle. The mala hangs at 16 inches or 32 inch diameter and can also be wrapped around the wrist 4 times.

Turquoise is the stone of wholeness. It is balancing and induces a sense of serenity and peace. It can help restore depleted vitality and lift sagging spirits. This stone has the capacity to heal the emotional body, relieve stress, and bring the focal point of awareness to its proper center of the heart.

      The Symbolism of the Snake

The snake in Native American Cultures represents rebirth, death and mortality due to casting of its skin and being symbolically “reborn”. It is very connected to the natural world and can also represent their connection to rain and lightning.
