      This Mala necklace has the auspicious number of 108, 6mm Pink Opal beads on a silk cord. Each bead is hand knotted in between. The mala hangs at 16 inches and can also be worn wrapped around the wrist . The stamped antique silver dog, horse or sheep is a Fred Harvey era amulet. There is some conversation around what animal this amulet represents, however they are all prized and spiritually revered animals to the Native Americans. These tags are Hand Made in sterling silver and were sold along Southwest highways from the early 1900's through the 1950's to tourists. Stamped sterling.
