Two Goldfish Symbol
In Tibetan Buddhism, the "double fishes" or "golden fish" (Sanskrit: gaurmatsya; Tibetan: sernya) are one of the eight auspicious symbols, representing salvation from suffering and fertility. They also symbolize freedom from the cycle of suffering (samsara) and happiness, as fish are free to move in water without drowning, according to Buddhist Symbols.
